RW055 – Spread2Web
Introducing a series of videos coming from our guest screencaster Ed Brenner of My RapidWeaver and the RealMac Software forums fame.
Ed has compiled a short overview of a neat utility Spread2Web.
Just what does it do : Well this is the blurb from the developers website
“Spread2Web helps you publish spreadsheets & databases as tables on web pages. It converts Comma Separated Values (.csv) and Tab Delimited (.tab) files to a simple, clean HTML table structure. It streamlines the export/conversion process by remembering the files you’ve previously converted…”
Spread2Web is freeware. However, donations will be gratefully accepted by the developer , so do the right thing if you are using it :)

Thanks Larry and Kevin for letting me do this. I get great joy out of helping the RW community get things done with their designs/layouts.
Spread2Web is a great app that will help those who really need to get that data they have locked away in spreadsheets and databases right to their site.
I hope everyone enjoys it.
Amazing – I just left a comment on the forum yesterday about this utility – I had been looking for a mac utility like this for a year.

I mean I actually had already downloaded Spread2Web and thought it was so good I found the old thread I started a year ago and posted about Spread2Web. I even left the developer a donation.
