The team at supportcasts always likes to try something different. We feel we offer the best value in learning ‘difficult’ things that can stretch the value and power of  RapidWeaver.

I am pleased to announce our new screencast:  “How to build a Membership site” ! Note the show is in two parts and just under two hours long , well more like 1hr 45 mins:)

  • Want to monetize your web site?
  • How about giving your customers access to segmented pages with content just for them ?
  • Take subscriptions, integrated with RapidWeaver.

Lets put some things in perspective, (I explain some this this in our little intro video). Do you pay someone 70USD per hour (or more) to do this task and you are left with no knowledge of how to do this or maintain it?

Join up at Supportcasts.com and you have instant access to this exclusive screencast on learning building a membership site. Learn how to setup the database, install the membership solution, personalize the pages, create subscriptions and get it installed for production use.

This screencast is exclusively available for supportcasts members! We also have two special offers, only from Supportcasts.com, for the next eight weeks from date of posting.

1. 20% off SiteLok from VibraLogix.com (which we use as the membership database) list price is $39.95 – you save $7.99

2.  We also have a special on our 12 month membership plan with 15USD off. Discount code ‘summerweaving‘ all lower case, this offer only lasts till Sept 30th 2009.. You get the full years access to supportcasts for only $64.95

So whats stopping you? Get the know how, get the discounts and get the subscription that keeps on giving.

You need to select the previous screencasts in the supportcast itunes feed, Itunes by default will always show the most recent one first :)

Hi. I’ve purchased a subscription and am only getting episode 2 as well. The supportcasts iTunes feed only has free podcasts.

  6. Blake Williams - says:

Never mind. You have to “view as list” in iTunes then twirl down to find the other podcasts. Thanks.

I’m in itunes, I find a lot of screencast from supportcast, ok, but not this one….
    And of course, I’m a member :)

    Hello ,
look at the previous posts as the Memberships screencast series is in the itunes supportcasts members feeds. It may be that you have to view as a list in itunes to see the full catalogue

What’s going to become of my Linklok Settings when Cartloom is added to the rebuild of my online store? I over invested or not? Currently I haven’t got but the PayPal basic package; no sitelock or Google Checkout option. Yet I would like to have that as well.

    Hello
Bear in mind that CartLoom will start public beta in a few days , we showcase a number of technologies here that compliment RapidWeaver and web site building, so really the choice is up to you :) Our account uses linklok as well with no affect .

Sitelok is still a membership database solution, there are others out there but we show you how with SiteLok
    regards

I am getting CSS?? Where is building a membership site?

  13. admin - says:

    Hi there
You need to get this on the itunes feed, as we are continually adding new casts , the feed is in chronological order – latest first, you need to open the disclosure triangle in itunes and get the casts from the feed (the casts are in two parts)

  14. Guy Parkin - says:

Hi I have just become a member of your site and I am trying to view the podcast of “building a membership site” which I believe is in 2 parts. I clicked the itunes icon and it opened a podcast in itunes but not the correct one.
I am new to all of this and i cannot find the correct one. I have seen that you need to open the disclosure triangle in itunes, where is this

    Thankyou
