We are the next generation of online training for Mac users.
Our goal is to offer short training in manageable bits on all kinds of software. These 3 to 5 minute Casts (OK, some may be 10 minutes or longer when needed) allow you to take in only as much information as you feel you want. Watch as many as you want as often as you want. Watch the same ones again if you need to.
Supportcasts.com will eventually have training on everything from “New to the Mac” to advanced training on web design, photo editing, audio editing, and much, much more. Starting with the community we have been close to for a number of years, the Rapidweaver web design community, along with the Sandvox web design community, we will expand into our vision of Mac training for all.
Show Notes will be included when needed so you can have the information, code, or other snippet you need to repeat what is shown.
Did we mention discounts? We have negotiated some great discounts on software, plugins and more to go along with featured Casts. Watch the cast and get the code for the discount.
We also plan to do some Podcasts with various Developers and Mac gurus for fun and information.

How do I use SupportCasts.com?
SupportCasts.com is simple to use.
- Subscribe to one of our two plans, 6 months or 12 months of unlimited access
- Login to your account from our Login sidebar on our website,
- Select a category from our main navigation or just enter some search criteria in the search box
- Click on the Cast you wish to view and it will play in an overlay Shadowbox, our iPhone service coming soon will work a little differently to cater for the smaller screen estate. So stay tuned :)
When you’re done simply close the overlay window and you will be back on the last page you were on.
Can I download these to my Mac?
This is always a tough one and we have thought long and hard about the pros and cons on doing this…. but in an easy answer:
Well…. yes !!!
As long as you are an active and paid up subscriber you have access to the content, continuous updates and weekly updates of content. In addition, you also have access to our iPhone or AppleTV (1280×720 format) iTunes feed.
This and additional facets of our terms are covered in our Terms and Conditions, we like to keep our subscription price low so your co-operation is greatly appreciated in this.

- Broadband Internet connection (DSL/CABLE/WLAN Hotspot);
- 3G data is suitable for the iphone page versions also :) although we would prefer you view via the members or free iTunes feed

We are a Mac orientated site with all the products that are exclusively Mac based, we are sure you will want to switch over soon so we are not going to be bothered by too many IE 6/7 problems , it looks great to us here ;-)
