The FreeStack Addon Pack 1 from Blueball Design adds 2 additional Navigation Stacks.
These 2 additions are different from the ‘stock’ Navigation Stacks. These Navigation Stacks allow you to add custom images for use in the stack.

In this video tutorial we will look at the various options and how they work. The See Through Stack can be used as a terrific backdrop between you content and your custom background.

In this video tutorial we will review both stacks, this way we can see how they differ. And see the variety of options that are available to better enable us to determine if we should use one over the other.
The nice thing about these two stacks is that you can use both on a single page in need be.

In this screencast I’m going to cover two stacks. The Spacer Stack, which is stock, with the FreeStack Theme. And the Z-Index Stack which is part of the FreeStack Add-On Pack 1.
The Spacer Stack is a handy utility stack to add “white space” between other stacks, or to add space within a group of stacks. It’s an extremely simple stack to use and can be an invaluable asset in your Stack’s Library.
The Z-Index Stack from the Add-On Pack is a nice utility stack to have for those “older” unsupported stacks that just work. Some of the older lightbox stacks have preset z-index values that are quite high and tend to interfere with other content.

The HeaderPlus Stack is part of the Free Stack AddOns Pack 1 that Blueball Design released. This stack expands the way in which you can add header images for use in your design process.
In this video tutorial we are going to explore how the new HeaderPlus Stack works using the Resources in RapidWeaver version 5. I cover how it can be used with Page Assets for RapidWeaver version 4 users. And I even discuss images that are located in your web host file directory.

Staying the course in this series, its time to take a look at the Free Stack Header Stack. This is a stock stack that comes with the Free Stack purchase.
This video tutorial covers some of the different ways that the stack is used within the Free Stack Theme System. We look at three examples of how to build the header that we want, or need.

The Free Stack Theme allows us, the end user, to assign an image to the defined page wrapper in the master index file. What it basically does is adds some spice to the look of the layout.
